Onion slices stuffed with achovies

Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 can of anchovies
  • Olive oil

 

Preparation

Cut the onions in half, separate the layers, and place an anchovy and a bit of oil in each. Lay out the onion barquettes on an oven tray and bake them (between 160º and 180º Celsius) until the onions turn golden brown.
