Onion slices stuffed with achovies

Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 can of anchovies
  • Olive oil

 

Preparation

  1. Cut onion in half.
  2. Separate onion layers, and place an anchovy in each layer with a little bit of oil.
  3. Put each prepared onion layer on a baking tray and bake (between 160 and 180 degrees - 320 and 350 Fahrenheit) until layers are browned.
