Butcher´s stew

Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • ½ kg. ribs
  • ½ kg. pig livers
  • ¼ pig gizzards
  • 2 onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Olive oil, bay leaf and salt
  • Water

 

Preparation

  1. In a cauldron lightly sauté all meat and onions.
  2. Continuing add water, potatoes, bay leaf, sweet red pepper and salt.
  3. Cook to finish over medium heat.
