Cream with raisins and almonds

Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • 1 litre of milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grs. sugar
  • ¼ currant raisins
  • 3 soup spoonfuls of ground almonds
  • liquid caramel

 

Preparation

  1. In a cauldron beat together all ingredients except for raisins and liquid caramel.
  2. In little moulds pour in liquid caramel.
  3. Next fill the moulds with liquid prepared in step (1), raisins and put in bowls submerged in hot water and place in the oven for ¾ hour.
