Cream with raisins and almonds
For 4 people:
- 1 litre of milk
- 6 eggs
- 200 grs. sugar
- ¼ currant raisins
- 3 soup spoonfuls of ground almonds
- liquid caramel
- In a cauldron beat together all ingredients except for raisins and liquid caramel.
- In little moulds pour in liquid caramel.
- Next fill the moulds with liquid prepared in step (1), raisins and put in bowls submerged in hot water and place in the oven for ¾ hour.
