Cocas of Benissa coldcuts


Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • 1 drinking glass of sunflower oil
  • 2 drinking glasses of water
  • Baking powder
  • Salt
  • Flour

 

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into bowl and mix for 5 minutes.
  2. The mix should be smooth and stir/lift up easily (the mix should be soft)
  3. Make into 25 gr. pieces, flatten and top with Benissa coldcuts: longaniza (sausage), blood sausage, chorizo, etc.
  4. Put cocas in oven at minimum heat. Baking time determined by sight.
