Cocas of Benissa coldcuts
For 4 people:
- 1 drinking glass of sunflower oil
- 2 drinking glasses of water
- Baking powder
- Put all ingredients into bowl and mix for 5 minutes.
- The mix should be smooth and stir/lift up easily (the mix should be soft)
- Make into 25 gr. pieces, flatten and top with Benissa coldcuts: longaniza (sausage), blood sausage, chorizo, etc.
- Put cocas in oven at minimum heat. Baking time determined by sight.
