Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead for 5 minutes.
The dough should be smooth and soft and not sticky.
Form the dough into 50-gram balls (9-10 cm in diameter), roll them out and lay the Benissa cold cuts, such as cured sausage, black pudding, chorizo, etc., on top. Make sure not to bake them too long so as to avoid them drying up. Judge baking time by intuition.
