Butcher´s stew

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • ½ kg. ribs
  • ½ kg. pig livers
  • ¼ pig gizzards
  • 2 onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • Sweet red pepper
  • Olive oil, bay leaf and salt
  • Water

 

Preparation

Sautee the meat and onions in a cooking pot. Next, add the water, potatoes, bay leaf, paprika, and salt. Bring the ingredients to a boil on medium heat until they are done.
