The Molí del Quisi, which has been declared a Locally Relevant Asset, is one of the most important hydraulic works in the area.
This is a trail on the “use of water”, as it contains historically valuable heritage that showcases Benissa’s ancestral customs. This is the case of the “Llavador del Pou d’Avall”, where the women once washed their clothes; the 16th-century hermitage of Saint Anne; the Molí del Quisi, a 15th-century hydraulic construction that is remarkable due to the fact that it is located in a rain-fed region; uncle Joan de Vallesa’s Riurau, and the Pont del Quisi.
