Pumpkin biscuits


For 4 people:

  • ½ kg. pumpkin
  • 50 grs. baking powder
  • 200 grs. cake flour
  • sugar
  • sunflower oil



  1. Peel pumpkin and bring to boil in small amount of water.
  2. Mash pumpkin and stir in flour and yeast previously dissolved in a small amount of lukewarm water. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for approximately a half-hour.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in saucepan. Prepare small portions of mixture and add to oil.
  4. Remove biscuits with draining spoon and sprinkle with sugar.
