For 4 people:
- ½ kg. pumpkin
- 50 grs. baking powder
- 200 grs. cake flour
- sunflower oil
- Peel pumpkin and bring to boil in small amount of water.
- Mash pumpkin and stir in flour and yeast previously dissolved in a small amount of lukewarm water. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for approximately a half-hour.
- Heat sunflower oil in saucepan. Prepare small portions of mixture and add to oil.
- Remove biscuits with draining spoon and sprinkle with sugar.
