Butcher´s stew

Ingredients
For 4 people:
- ½ kg. ribs
- ½ kg. pig livers
- ¼ pig gizzards
- 2 onions
- 4 potatoes
- Sweet red pepper
- Olive oil, bay leaf and salt
- Water
Preparation
- In a cauldron lightly sauté all meat and onions.
- Continuing add water, potatoes, bay leaf, sweet red pepper and salt.
- Cook to finish over medium heat.
