Onion slices stuffed with achovies
For 4 people:
- 2 medium-sized onions
- 1 can of anchovies
- Olive oil
- Cut onion in half.
- Separate onion layers, and place an anchovy in each layer with a little bit of oil.
- Put each prepared onion layer on a baking tray and bake (between 160 and 180 degrees - 320 and 350 Fahrenheit) until layers are browned.
