Cocas of Benissa coldcuts

Ingredients
For 4 people:
- 1 drinking glass of sunflower oil
- 2 drinking glasses of water
- 50 g. Baking powder
- Salt
- 1300 - 1350 g Flour
Preparation
- Put all ingredients into bowl and mix for 5 minutes.
- The mix should be smooth and stir/lift up easily (the mix should be soft)
- Make into 50 gr. pieces (9-10 cm), flatten and top with Benissa coldcuts: longaniza (sausage), blood sausage, chorizo, etc.
- Put cocas in oven at minimum heat. Baking time determined by sight.
