Cream with raisins and almonds

Ingredients

For 4 people:

  • 1 litre of milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grs. sugar
  • ¼ currant raisins
  • 3 soup spoonfuls of ground almonds
  • liquid caramel

 

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients except for the currants and liquid caramel in a cooking pot.

Pour the liquid caramel into the individual moulds.

Next, fill the moulds with the prepared liquid, add the raisins and bake them in the oven in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.
